A pair of important NYC singer-songwriters (and piano players) who each successfully leaped from the local folk scene to the mainstream music world around the turn of the millennium, Norah Jones and Regina Spektor, put on a wonderful, crowd-pleasing show on Thursday night in Queens at Forest Hills Stadium.
